Chocolate Pudding

Pudding
1 lt pasteurized chocolate milk
2 block of cooking chocolate
1 pack agar-agar

To cook
Melt chocolate in glass bowl
Mix chocolate milk and melted chocolate
Add 1 pack of agar-agar, then heat the mixture with low heat until it simmers
Pour the mixture in a pudding tray

Sauce
1/2 lt pasteurized plain milk
4 tbsp sugar (or as needed)
1 eggyolk
3 tbsp rum
a pinch of salt
3 tbsp corn flour, mix with 50 cc water

To cook
Mix milk with sugar, heat in a pan. Add eggyolk and keep stirring thoroughly. Add a pinch of salt then cornflour mixture. Stir continously until the sauce is thick. Turn off the heat, add rum to taste.
